Grassroots Community Manager of Girl Rising
Samantha joins the project with a passion for journalism, cinema, travel, and human rights advocacy. She recently graduated from New York University, where she studied journalism and cinema studies. Samantha has previously worked in non-profit communications at the Corporation for Supportive Housing.
In addition to her time in New York, she studied in Florence, Italy and spent time in Accra, Ghana as a freelance print journalist. Samantha is thrilled to take on the message of girls’ education and mobilize the grassroots community!
