Julia was born and raised in South Korea, but moved to the States during high school. Her passion for the North Korean people was sparked after she worked with immigrant and refugee youth in the Seattle, providing academic support and resettlement assistance. She now joins LiNK’s resettlement team to empower North Korean refugees to fulfill their potential.
