We uploaded stories of 7 new Million Peace Women from India, including Flavia Agnes, Lata Pratibha Madhukar, Mangai, D. Sharifa, Ima Thokchom Ramani Devi and Jarjum Ete. These 7 Indian women are active in fighting for the rights of women and also of the minorities in India and please read their stories on our website.
We published 12 stories of Bangladeshi women who resist different kinds of violence imposed on them. These peace women are Tasnuva Kalam, Priyanka Chakma, Sayma Jamal Meem, Tribeni Chakma, Shagufe Hossai, Rubab Nayeem Khan, Priyanka Tanchangya, and Tori Chakma. There are also peace women who prefer to remain anonymous: Anonymous SPaRCWomen001, Anonymous SPaRCWomen002, Anonymous SPaRCWomen003, Anonymous SPaRCWomen004 and Anonymous SPaRCWomen005.
